About Oneandbit

Oneandbit is a product of IOStamp LLC(the "Company"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Oneandbit website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Pre-launch access

The Service is currently in a limited, invitation-only pre-launch phase. Access to certain features may require an invitation code. Features, functionality, branding, and these terms may change materially before general availability.

2. No offer of securities

Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any future tokenized offerings will be made only through formal offering documents to qualified investors and only in jurisdictions where such offering is lawful.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent invitation-code controls, accessing data not intended for you, interfering with operation of the Service, or using the Service to violate any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, branding, and software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No license to any of the foregoing is granted except the limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
