About Oneandbit

Industrial finance, built on what the machines actually do.

Oneandbit is an industrial tokenization platform. We give serious investors fractional access to real manufacturing assets, and we give industrial operators a new way to fund and grow them — with every distribution backed by IoT-verified production data.

Our Story

Why we built this.

Industrial machinery is one of the largest real-asset classes in the world, and one of the hardest to invest in. A bottling line, a welding cell, or a solar inverter array generates measurable, predictable yield — but ownership has historically lived inside a small group of operators, banks, and private equity funds.

Oneandbit is a product of IOStamp LLC, which has spent years building the cryptographic primitives that let physical events be notarized on chain. We pair that stack with a securities-compliant offering platform so machines can raise capital from people who believe in their production — and so investors can hold something whose performance is provable, not just reported.

The platform is invitation-only while we build the first cohort of operators and qualified investors. If that's you, request an invite or join the waitlist below.

What We Do

verified

Real assets, verified output

Every share is tied to a physical machine whose production is measured by IoT sensors and cryptographically signed on-chain. The yield you see is the yield the factory floor actually generated.

schedule

Built for industrial timescales

Production cycles run in months and years, not in blocks. We model offerings, distributions, and reporting around how heavy industry actually operates — not around crypto market cadence.

gavel

Compliance-first

Tokenized offerings are made only through formal offering documents to qualified investors. KYC, accreditation, and immutable audit trails are part of the platform, not an afterthought.

Want in on the first cohort?
